What you Need:
- 14g (2 tbsp) Burger seasoning
- 680 g (1 ½ lb) lean ground meat of choice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) ketchup or bbq sauce
- 45 ml (2 ½ tbsp) beer or broth
What to do:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Form into 6 burger patties and set aside. Barbecue over medium high heat until cooked through, turning halfway.
Serve on your bun of choice with your favorite condiments.

Substitute with plant-based meat, Portobello mushrooms or black bean burgers.
