US Shipping Policy
Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of order placement. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Once your merchandise is shipped, orders are usually received within 7 business days.
We hope that you love everything you have purchased but understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.
Items must be smoke-free, perfume-free, unworn, undamaged, and with the original tags still attached.
Seasonal items, sale items, and discount items are FINAL SALE.
Items exchanged or bought with store credit are FINAL SALE.
Items are eligible for your choice of refund or store credit within 14 days of original purchase. After 14 days all sales are final.
Items are eligible to be returned at the store’s location for your choice of exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving the package. We are able to see when the item is delivered to your provided address. After 14 days all sales are final.
Items are eligible to be returned via mail for credit to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please include packing slip inside your return package. Customer is responsible for return postage.
