CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY
Christmas items are eligible for exchange only up until January 15th, 2021. No refunds or store credit. Seasonal items are final sale.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
For In Store items: We will be happy to exchange, refund, or issue a store credit for items returned within 14 days of the original purchase. The items must be unworn, undamaged, with the original tags still attached, and accompanied by a receipt. Seasonal items, sale items and discounted items are FINAL SALES. Items bought with store credit are FINAL SALES.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
For online orders, we accept products that are unworn, undamaged, with the original tags still attached for a full refund ONLY.
You have 14 days from the day you receive the package to return via mail for a full refund. You will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. All jewelry and purses are final sale. Please include packaging slip inside your return package. Customer is responsible for return postage.
